How do I redeem my Mountain Collective Pass?

You will need to pick up a picture pass from each Mountain Collective resort you visit. The first two free days at each destination are included. When you pick up your pass you will be informed on how to purchase additional days for 50% off at that resort. Here is what you need to do to get your pass at each destination:

- Alta: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation and a photo ID to Skier Services, located at Wildcat Base, or to the ski school office at Albion Base. 2017-2018 passes can be picked up after November 9, 2017. 

- Aspen Snowmass: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation and a photo ID to any open ticket window at Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands or Buttermilk. 2017-2018 passes can be picked up after August 15, 2017.

-Banff/Sunshine Village: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation and photo ID to the season pass office at Sunshine Village Ski Resort. Alternatively, you can visit the Banff Ski Hub at 119 Banff Avenue and show your purchase confirmation and photo ID. Additional questions call 1‑844‑762‑7190. 2017-2018 passes can be picked up after October 16, 2017.

-Ski NZ: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation and a photo ID to any guest services location. 2017 passes can be picked up after May 16, 2017 at The Snow Centre on Duke Street, Queenstown and at on mountain Guest Service counters from June 11, 2017 onwards.

- Jackson Hole: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation or present the message with voucher barcode on your smartphone along with a photo ID to the Season Pass Office. To expedite redemption, please click here and complete our online liability release waiver prior to your arrival. 2017-2018 passes can be picked up after November 1, 2017.

-Lake Louise: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation and photo ID to the season pass office at Lake Louise Ski Resort. Alternatively, you can visit the Banff Ski Hub at 119 Banff Avenue and show your purchase confirmation and photo ID. Additional questions call 1‑844‑762‑7190. 2017-2018 passes can be picked up after October 16, 2017.


- Mammoth: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation or present the message with voucher barcode and a photo ID to any ticket window at the following locations: Main Lodge, Canyon Lodge, Eagle Lodge and Mountain Center. 2017-2018 passes can be picked up after November 5, 2017.

-Revelstoke: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation and your photo ID to Guest Services in the resort village. For more information, email info@revelstokemtn.com or call 1‑866‑373‑4754.

-Snowbasin: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation and a photo ID to any open ticket window at Snowbasin Resort.

- Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows: SQUAW VALLEY: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation or present the message with voucher barcode along with a photo ID to the Season Pass Office. 2017-2018 passes can be picked up after October 1, 2017. ALPINE MEADOWS: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation or present the message with voucher barcode along with a photo ID to the Season Pass Office. 2017-2018 passes can be picked up after December 1, 2017. -Sugarbush: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation and a photo ID to any open ticket window at Sugarbush Resort.

-Sun Valley: Please bring a printout of your purchase confirmation or present the message with voucher barcode on your smartphone along with a photo ID to the River Run Season Pass Office after August 1, 2017. For more information email lifttickets@sunvalley.com or call 888‑490‑5950. Sun Valley passes are valid for 2017/2018 season only.

-Taos: Please bring a printout of your confirmed purchase along with a photo ID to the Welcome Center where Mountain Collective passholders can pick up their pass. Located on the plaza directly across from the 192 restaurant, this convenient location is there to get you out on the slopes and enjoying the mountain as quickly as possible. Visit www.isalessite.com/tsv/mcpass to start the pass redemption process. Once you complete this process you will receive a confirmation and a link to sign your electronic liability release. Completing this process will expedite pickup of your pass one you arrive at Taos.

-Telluride: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation or voucher barcode on your smartphone along with a photo ID to the Mountain Village or Coonskin Skier Services office. You may also elect to have your pass mailed to you in advance. To do so, please contact a Skier Services representative at passes@telski.com for details. 2017/18 passes may be picked up beginning October 17, 2017 at either location.

-Thredbo: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation and a photo ID to Thredbo Guest Services at Valley Terminal, Friday Flat or Jindabyne. For additional information about Thredbo Resort, go to thredbo.com.au or please call 1300 020 589. Thredbo winter season dates are: June 11, 2017 to October 3, 2017.
