How do I redeem my Mountain Collective Pass?

You will need to pick up a picture pass from each Mountain Collective resort you visit. The first two free days at each destination are included. When you pick up your pass you will be informed on how to purchase additional days for 50% off at that resort. Here is what you need to do to get your pass at each destination:

- AltaSnowbird: ALTA: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation and a photo ID to Skier Services, located at Wildcat Base, or to the ski school office at Albion Base. 2016-2017 passes can be picked up after November 9, 2016. If you have additional questions, please call (801)359-1078. SNOWBIRD: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation or present the message with voucher barcode and a photo ID to the Season Pass Office, or any ticket window. Anyone under 18 will need to be accompanied by a guardian (to sign a release form). If you have additional questions please call (801) 933-2200. 2016-2017 passes can be picked up starting November 21, 2016.

- Aspen Snowmass: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation and a photo ID to any open ticket window at Snowmass, Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands or Buttermilk. 2016-2017 passes can be picked up after August 15, 2016.

- Jackson Hole: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation or present the message with voucher barcode on your smartphone along with a photo ID to the Season Pass Office. To expedite redemption, please visit jacksonholeseasonpass.ezwaiver.com and complete our online liability release waiver prior to your arrival. 2016-2017 passes can be picked up after November 1, 2016.

-Ski Banff: Visit the Banff Ski Hub at 119 Banff Avenue and show your purchase confirmation and photo ID any time after October 16, 2016. Alternatively, your Mountain Collective pass will also be available by presenting your documentation at the season pass office at either Sunshine Village or the Lake Louise Ski Resort. If you have any additional questions call 1-844-762-7190. 2016-2017 passes can be picked up after October 16, 2016.

- Mammoth: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation or present the message with voucher barcode and a photo ID to any ticket window at the following locations: Main Lodge, Canyon Lodge, Eagle Lodge and Mountain Center. You may also redeem your pass in the Bear Mountain, June Mountain, or Snow Summit Season Pass Offices. 2016-2017 passes can be picked up after November 10, 2016.

- Revelstoke: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation and your photo ID to Guest Services in the resort village. For more information, email info@revelstokemtn.com or call 1.866.373.4754.

- Ski Queenstown-Coronet Peak-The Remarkables: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation and a photo ID to any guest services location. 2016-2017 passes can be picked up after May 16, 2016 at The Snow Centre on Duke Street, Queenstown and at on mountain Guest Service counters from June 11, 2016 onwards.

- Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows: SQUAW VALLEY: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation or present the message with voucher barcode along with a photo ID to the Season Pass Office. 2016-2017 passes can be picked up after October 1, 2016. ALPINE MEADOWS: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation or present the message with voucher barcode along with a photo ID to the Season Pass Office. 2016-2017 passes can be picked up after December 1, 2016. For additional questions about Squaw Valley or Alpine Meadows, please call 800-403-0206.

-Stowe: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation and a photo ID to the Season Pass Desk located at Spruce Camp Base Lodge. You will need the Evolution Stowe Card (ESC) to access the mountains. An ESC can be purchased online or on-mountain for a $5.00 one-time fee.

-Sun Valley: Please bring a printout of your purchase confirmation or present the message with voucher barcode on your smartphone along with a photo ID to the River Run Season Pass Office after July 1, 2016. For more information email lifttickets@sunvalley.com or call 888.490.5950. Sun Valley passes are valid for 2016-2017 season only.

-Taos: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation (or the voucher barcode on your smartphone) along with a photo ID to the Season Pass Office. 2016-2017 passes can be picked up starting November 24, 2016.

-Telluride: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation or voucher barcode on your smartphone along with a photo ID to the Mountain Village or Coonskin Skier Services office. You may also elect to have your pass mailed to you in advance. To do so, please contact a Skier Services representative at passes@telski.com for details. 2016/17 passes may be picked up beginning October 17, 2016 at either location.

-Thredbo: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation and a photo ID to Thredbo Guest Services at Valley Terminal, Friday Flat or Jindabyne. For additional information about Thredbo Resort, go to thredbo.com.au or please call +61 2 6459 4151. Thredbo winter season dates are: June 11, 2016 to October 3, 2016.

-Whistler Blackcomb: Bring a printout of your purchase confirmation or present the message with voucher barcode along with a photo ID to any guest relations office. Check-in with us ahead of time at: whistlerblackcomb.com/collective to find out how to save time when you pick up your pass. 2016-2017 passes can be picked up after October 1, 2016.
